Louis Castillo has been a dedicated part of the City of Cedar Hill since 2009, bringing a broad range of experience across Municipal Court, Utility Billing, and Human Resources before joining the Economic Development team in 2012. As an Economic Development Specialist, he focuses on building strong relationships with local businesses, supporting business retention efforts, and actively engaging with the Cedar Hill Business Park Property Owners Association. Castillo also helps manage properties owned by the Economic Development Corporation, ensuring they contribute to the city’s growth and success. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Castillo plays a key role in bridging communication across the community, making Cedar Hill a more accessible and connected place to do business.
